Plot:
Whitemist101 tells Shendes1000 that Rockhopper is coming to Club Penguin, but he really means he will be Rockhopper for Halloween.

Trivia:
- When Whitemist101 appeared as Rockhopper near the end of the episode, Penguin Storm was used. The items were not real.
- In the script, Slushyshoes has a different costume, and says his costume is scary while others don't agree. Writers cut that because Slushyshoes did not have any "scary" costumes.
- This was the last episode to be filmed using Penguin Storm.
